No one answered my last question on RMD for pensions

When I answer the rmd questions for my 1099R pension, it generates a 5329 and that should not happen.  I get an early dist penalty #12 on 5329.   Every pensioner is having problems with this and no one knows what to do.  I will never use TT again.  I've spent 3 days on this and frustrated!  Two people at intuit have hung up on me now and no one knows anything!
