Im trying to file because i supported dependants for the past 3 years and am wondering if ill get any thing back

No, If all you have is social security then there is no benefit on the tax return for your children as far as special credits go. If you are single or married filing jointly there will be no taxable income if this is all you have.
Social security income is not earned income and likely not taxable at all.
