No Form CSA 1099R block 16

Using Turbotax Home and Business on Mac.

Form CSA 1099R does not have a Block 16. Turbotax requires amount for Block 16. Tried using instructions in 1 Apr 2024 provided by DaveF1006 in response to c000871 without success. Tried following 1-11 instructions. After screenshot, "Tell Us Which 1099-R You Have", the next two screenshots do not appear. Goes straight to asking to fill in CSA 1099R information where it requires an entry for Block 16. The Form CSA 1099R sent to me does not have Block 16. 

When trying to access Forms, this is greyed out.

Please provide instructions on what to do.

Box 16 is just the distribution for purposes for the state. The odds are very high that the number in box 16 should be the same number as in Box 1.

The taxable amount in box 2a will probably flow down through your return to your state, so often it doesn't matter what box 16 says.
