Need help, I have not added any contribution for a retirement savings this year, but the software is saying I did and is giving me a credit. I've gone through the system.

Did your employer withhold retirement contributions from your salary? Check box 12 of your W-2; retirement contributions will have an amount with Code D.

My wife is retired and not employed. She received 800$ jury duty, and then contributed the 800$ to Roth IRA. turbo tax message is she has earned income of 0?
