My w2 line 12b W is my employer 401k Match I get no hsa contribution

I don't know how to precede , turbo tax had HSA contribution picked and there isn't a choice for 401 k match???

Box 12 letter code of W is only for Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts. Code D is for retirement plans, such as a 401k.

Contact your employer payroll department if you believe there may be a mistake on your W-2 codes. If so, they would need to correct the form and send to IRS.
