My W2 from my employer does not show any of my contributions to either my pension, union dues or life insurance. It shows on my pay stubs but does not reflect on the W2. How can list this for deductions without it being on my W2?

Your box 1 taxable wages should already be reduced by the amount of the tax-free benefits you paid for. They are not listed separately on the tax return as a deduction -- they should already be subtracted from your box 1 wages. If you think your box 1 wages do not account for your pre-tax contributions, you need to see your employer.
