My returned was actually accepted since January 17, 2019 but all I’ve seen is the generic message to check back on February 15, 2019 for and update.

If you were claiming either Earned Income Credit, Child's Tax Credit or American Opportunity Credit, the IRS requires that your refund cannot be issued before February 15, 2019.  The message you are receiving from TurboTax is in harmony with the IRS' requirements.
