Yes, you need to file a tax return since you received a Form 1095-A

To enter Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099), click the start or update button

Or enter ssa-1099 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to ssa-1099

Yes, you do have to file.    If you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance you are required to file a tax return.

Enter the information on your federal tax return.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

To enter your 1095A go to Federal>Deductions and Credits> Medical>Affordable Care Act (Form 1095A)
