My husband retired at 54. He received a 1099R for annuity paid. His 1099R in box 7 says "2-nondisability" and turbo tax does not offer that choice. What do I select?

The code remains as Code 2 for box 7 which means that it's an early distribution but there is an exception to the penalty for early withdrawal. You won't have to do anything else.
