My husband died last year. I received our regular SSA1099 forms, received a 3rd in my name. It says claim # is (my social Sec. #) with a "D" behind. enter where?

I don't know where to enter this SA1099.  I've entered the 2 regular ones, but where does the 3rd go?  Turbotax does not allow for a 3rd Social Security payment to be entered.  Does this even get entered.  I've tried Social Sec., and IRS, and I can't get an answer.  Since it's YOUR program, maybe you can answer?  ASAP [please?

Is it a $255 death benefit?  If so, it doesn’t have to be reported.
