My Bank doesn't pull show as an option when I type it in

I can't find my bank as an option to click. Our bank is Navy Federal Credit Union

Navy Federal Credit Union is not an option for you to use. A post from a year and a half ago reads:  "NFCU states they are not now, nor do they intend to be, set up to allow data import into TurboTax."

You will have to manually enter you information. To do this, you will need to choose the Enter it Myself option under the correct income category.
