My 1099-r an esop plan was terminated & reached it's benefits leaving employement. What plan does this fall under & qualification for why I received this distribution

There should be a Code (or Codes) in Box 7 on your Form 1099-R to designate the type of distribution you received.

TurboTax will ask follow-up questions after you enter your 1099-R for more details.
