Minor dependents receive social security benefits through social security because I am retired

please note your examples discuss ss payments to a minor dependent because of disability or death. It is because they are a minor dependents (3) and I started receiving ss payments at 66, so my wife and children receive ss payments and a 1099. There is a place to put my wife's ss payments but not my children

This is their only income

You do not need to include the social security received by your minor dependents on your Tax Return, no matter what the reason is that they are receiving it.  If this is their only income, they are not required to file their own tax returns.
