After I enter 1099-R data in the Income section and hit Done, I get a busy wheel that spins on and on. It appears to be hung. What do I do?

After I enter 1099-R data in the Income section and hit Done, I get a busy wheel that spins on and on. It appears to be hung. What do I do?

It sounds like your computer is not connecting to the "program". Have you tried to to clear out your cookies? Or try to delete the information you entered and reenter it? Sometimes you just get the "busy" if the system is to busy.
