Yes, there are a couple of tools available that you can use.

One is within the TurboTax program itself.  After you have entered all of your information for your tax return, this tool can use that information to help you make adjustments to your withholding and generate a new W-4 that you can give to your employer.  This one could be the most accurate and advantageous one to use because it knows your tax return information and can take that into account when making withholding recommendations for you.
