Is the former spouse of military, receiving retirement from DFAS, eligible to deduct from oklahoma state taxes?

OK DOR: Each individual may exclude the greater of 75% of their retirement benefits, or $10,000, but not more than the amount included in federal AGI. Excluded benefits must be from any component of the Armed Forces of the U.S.
