Is the DEFC (Defined contribution) in box 14 on a W2 form the amount that is what I put down in answer to "Did you contribute to a qualified retirement plan in 2017?"

You say Yes, however, you don't enter it again as it is already taken into account when the W-2 is entered.

I assume you are on the Saver's Credit section.
