Is box 1 on the W2 supposed to be gross wages less ANY pretax deductions? Or just 401k? Specifically, are pre-tax medical insurance premiums taken out?

In box 1 of the Form W-2, your company reports the total taxable wages. This number excludes any pretax deductions from an employee's pay because they do not count as income for federal income taxes.

Question- Am I able to deduct my monthly medical insurance premiums? If so where do I put that information? Thanks
