If you rolled your 401(k) over within the 60-day period, it is NOT a taxable distribution. You should receive a 1099-R in the amount of your rollover, with a code G in box 7. That signifies that it is indeed a rollover.
Although it isn't taxable, it still must be reported on your 1040.
Turbo Tax will do it correctly, as long as it's coded G. Make sure it's reported on line 16a on Form 1040, but NOT line 16b.
To check that, go to My Account>Tools>View Tax Summary>Preview my 1040. Line 16A should show the rollover amount, with nothing on 16b.
