No, TurboTax does not calculate the IRMAA payments. The IRMAA is the “Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount.” It is the amount for Medicare B and Medicare D that is paid over and above the standard Medicare premium for some higher-income retirees.

You can get an Initial IRMAA Determination from the Social Security Administration.
