This question applies only to taxpayers who received in 1981-1986 IRA, Keogh, SEP, and Sub-S plan withdrawals on which they paid taxes in Georgia.
If you did not live in Georgia then and therefore did not pay state tax on these distributions, zero this amount out.
I paid taxes on my military retirement 1981 through 1986. Why is the IRA Distributions Previously taxed question being asked for 2023?
