Click on Federal>Wages & Income>Job (W-2) click on Edit/Add

You mean box 17 on a W2 from an employer? You enter it when you enter the W2. State is in boxes 15-17.

To enter a W2
Federal on left or top (Personal in Home & Business)
Click on Wages and Income
Then Wages and Salaries
Wages and Salaries – Start (you might have to click on Show More on right)
