In the state Ohio form I got on a page that required me to select either me or my husband and clicked one and now can't get rid of it, it's regarding a lump sum.

It's a 'lump sum distribution credit, we did not get a lump sum but I clicked a name just to get off that page, now can't undo it.

If you are still running in to the error, you could delete the State and then Add the state again.
