In 2017 we filed 2 8606s for our 2 IRAs. which gave us a nontaxable portion of our distrubutions. Should this be listed as a tax break again this year on 8606s?

Every year you have distributions from the IRA you will employ the form 8606 to recoup the basis until the IRAs are completely drained.
