If turbo tax is not allowing IRA contribution at this time, but i qualify as a California taxpayer, what can i do?

TurboTax does not allow or disallow IRA contributions based on the date of the contribution.  TurboTax only indicates an excess contribution if the contribution is not supported by compensation.

IRS extended your deadline again to Nov 22.

Contact your custodian and make your depostit marked "for 2022"
