If I took a distribution from a trad IRA, deposited it in a chkg. acct, then made online contributions to a Roth and an HSA, is this a rollover and/or conversion?

They are not the same investment companies, and it was a withdrawal to my checking account and then "reinvested."

Yes, if they were deposited into the new accounts within the 60 day period. Note: You can only make one HSA rollover per lifetime.
