If i should had recieved a 1099r for death benfits but did not and my sisters did what shall i do ?

If you received income that should have been reported on a 1099-R, contact the company that paid the income to you and ask for a 1099-R. You may need to file an extension if you don't get the form in enough time to complete your taxes before April 15.
