If i received a 1099-K from Google Payment Crop, do I need to include the amount reported on the form? None of the amount listed were received as payments for services.

I have a similar issue. I could finally find a link to submit a reissue request to Google. This is the link:

I believe the error is because I created a channel on Youtube without monetizing it. But Google somehow considered my whole account as a business one. I will update you with Google's response.
