If an individual has not had their returned approved as of yet is it a sign of a possible audit or are the feds that far behind in processing returns?

I filed on April 18th and my return has not yet been processed

If you e-Filed, then there is an issue with your return but no one to know what it is.

You will have to wait for a response, or call the IRS phone number.
