I would like to estimate my taxes for 2019 to determine how much I can take from my IRA and not be in a higher tax bracket. Is there a program for that?

try TT taxcaster.  however, it will only give you an answer based on your input.  if you underestimate your other taxable income you could find yourself in a higher tax bracket when you go to file.
