If you paid other people to do contract work for you, then you file 1099MISC
Taxes are paid quarterly. What do you mean you paid them nightly?
Are you being paid with a W2 where the taxes have already been taken out?
Did you get a1099MISC and you need to prove you paid taxes?
Did you pay somebody else $50/night and need to know if you need to give them a 1099MISC?
I think what she means is that she has an independent contract with the club she works at and each time you work at the club you have to pay them a fee known as the rent at the end of the day or night. So she was paying $50 for rent after performing at the club to make money so I don't think she needs a 1099-MISC but I'm also not sure what she needs because I am also in the process of figuring this out for myself.
If you consider this as rent, claim it that way on your Schedule C.
Try to get a receipt for the payment if you are paying cash.
If you were giving your employer $50.00 towards your tax withholding (FICA) that employer should issue you a W-2 with those amounts reported.
If this was a tip pay out to other workers at the club, the club owner should provide you with a copy of the tip agreement and issue you a W-2.
