I took out a requied RMD amount that covered 2 different traditional IRA. do I need to report the 2nd IRA ? if so, how do I show it's RMD was taken out of the 1st IRA ?

If the amount withdrawn for the first IRA is sufficient to cover the RMD for both IRAs, you have satisfied the RMD. If you have not withdrawn from the 2nd IRA, you do not need to report the 2nd IRA. You just indicate in TurboTax that you have satisfied all RMDs.
