is your 401K distribution reported on a Form 1099-R? If so, was it imported, or did you enter it manually?
If you imported it, have you tried deleting it, and re-entering it manually? What is the Efile Reject error you receive?
If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies, and Delete your State. If you've already paid for it, you can't delete it but you can Start Over.
Step through your state interview again, to let your state return repopulate, and try Efiling your state again.
