I think the distribution code on my 1099-R is incorrect. how can i confirm this?

i have a 1090-R that i received from my previous employer as a employee stock ownership plan distribution. the distribution code is 1 but the next screen doesn't give me this type of payout as an option and it wont let me continue. what do i do?
