What is your question?  The distributions will still be taxable unless they are rolled into another retirement account.

You still enter the 1099-R you received for the distributions, just as you would if you took the amount one time.  The 1099-R will reflect full distributions for the year.  Once you're past early distribution age it makes no difference how you took it.
