I sent a 1099-C to a troubled company. Where do I claim the loss in Turbo Tax H & B?

I loaned money to a start-up company for its operation. The year after that, the company is in default and cannot pay back the loan. I had to issue the 1099-C. Where can I claim this loss in Turbo Tax Home and Business?
