I received UK Pension deposited in a UK Bank monthly. I do not transfer the incomes to the USA. Do I have to pay tax on non-repatriated income received abroad?

Corporation with income left abroad will not pay tax unless the cash is repatriated to the US because the XRate is effective and correct only at time of money repatriation.

So my vague recollection is pension received not yet transferred to the US banks cannot be declared as income until it is in the USA as Dollar amount?
