I received a Substitute Form 1099-G - Certain Government Payments from the State of Michigan for interest on a 2012 Tax Year refund. How to enter in 2016 TurboTax Deluxe?

The refund amount on the subject form (Box 2) shows "Refund - $0.00 Interest - $12.00". I can find no point in TurboTax under "state refunds" where I can enter this interest. Again, this is INTEREST I WAS PAID by the state for monies I was refunded after having submitted an amended return for the 2012 Tax Year. I doubt that it will have any impact on my 2016 tax bill as I had less than a couple dollars of other earned interest from a savings account in 2012, but the devil is in the details when dealing with the IRS. So how do I enter this interest income in 2016 TurboTax Deluxe?

Treat the form as if it were a 1099-INT and enter it as interest income.
