I received a residual distribution from a Qualified Settlement Fund. No 1099, but I'm to report amount as capital gain. Where do report in TurboTax with no 1099?

Payment was for an inherited IRA. QSF is not required, and will not, issue a 1099.

You will report under Investment and Savings - Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other (1099-B).  You can use "Enter a different way" and use Other as the category.
