In addition to contacting the Taxpayer Advocates as ee-ea mentioned, you could also try to set up an appointment at your local IRS office. Find a Taxpayer Assistance Center office.
When you go in for your appointment make sure to bring a current government-issued photo ID, your taxpayer identification number, such as a Social Security number. and any tax documents you’ll need.
