I received a 1099R for a 401K distribution from my ex-husband's company. I re-invested it with TD Ameritrade. Should I have received a tax document from them too?

If you have reinvested the money with TDAmeritrade, you will only receive a form 1099 from them if you have been paid interest or dividends in 2018 or if you have sold stocks or mutual funds in 2018. Otherwise, there is no tax form from them.
