I noticed that TurboTax did not fill out lines 6-12 on my 8606 (for Backdoor Roth IRA). Is it ok that they're blank? Everything else looks correct. Thank you!

Yes, it can be ok that lines 6-12 are blank. Line 13 can be calculated with the taxable IRA distribution worksheet per IRS Pub. 590-B
