I need to fill in a Form 5329. Cannot find the form. Help!

Why do you need a 5329? It is automatic in most cases if it is required. If it is a missed RMD then it becomes more complicated.

When you log into your online account:

Click on Take Me to My Return if it does not automatically do so.
Then click on My Account and select Tools
Under Tools, select Topic Search
Type in Form 5329 and hit Go
The form should populate and allow you to fill it out for your return
