I moved to a different country. the drop down list are only US states. How do I answer the questions of which state I live in?

If  you're in the My Info section, and it's asking  for "your state of residence on December 31, 2021," you will see that drop-down list of states you mentioned.    Way down at the bottom of the drop-down menu (past Wyoming), it will say "Foreign or US Possession."

Here's a tip in advance:

When you come to a later screen to enter your mailing address, if you need to enter a foreign mailing address, the first box on that screen will allow you to change the "address type" and get different fields that will then accept a foreign address.  Click on that "address type" box and you'll be able to change the type to "foreign country."    Then the data boxes will reconfigure with appropriate fields.
