The Social Security amounts may not be shown in the Tax Summary if it is not being taxed.
Take a look at your Form 1040 to see if that is the case. When you click on Tools, then Tax Tools, then Tax Summary, there is also a choice that opens on the left side of your screen above Tax Tools to Preview my 1040.
This will allow you to scroll through the Form 1040 for your return so that you can see what is being reported. Look at line 6 a and b. Line 6a should show the Social Security income you entered and line 6b will show the amount that is being taxed.
That helped. I do have a taxable amount, though with my W2 wages - not much - and the social security taxable I am below the standard deduction.
It was a bit worrying that I didn't see anything in the summary, but seeing the amounts in the 'Preview my 1040' was reassuring.
Thanks much,
Mike
