I'm getting this message that "We're still working on updates related to Retirement Distributions that qualify for disaster or covid relief." I can't e-file NY.

Wow!  I was going to try and call but can’t even locate a number.  Can you share the number here?  Also, did they give you any ideas at all or just say they don’t understand the problem?

Go support and contact then type in the information and it will give you a case number and phone number. I would not expect much in the way of help as I was on over an hour and nothing was resvoled at all. We chatted and I screen shared and they clicked all over and were still unable to resolve this issue. Good luck!

I just downloaded 3/18 update. My issue was resolved and was able to submit to NY state.

Good to hear and thanks for following up!  I have since gone back into the product and was also able to file.
