I live in one state, but get retirement/pension from another - does this mean "I made money in another state"? Do I have to file a return for both states?

Trying to answer the question (within Turbo Tax) "Did you make money in any other states?" I earn a retirement pension from State Teachers Association (Wisconsin), but live in Minnesota. So, did I make money in any other state than Minnesota?

No. Per Federal law, pensions can only be taxed by your state of residence (Minnesota).
