I have more W-2's to put in why won't it let me?

Why won't it let me post my W-2's I have more than 1

If you have not e-filed your tax return, in TurboTax Free edition, simply follow:

1. Sign back into your account and select Take me to my return

2. At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in W-2 and Enter 

3. Select Jump to w-2 

4.  Program will take you directly to screen, Here's your W-2 info 

5.  Under Total Wages, select one of the blue links Add another W-2 ( See attached screenshot)

I have tried all the mentioned fixes and the program just goes blank. Tried to call for support and got hung up on. 
please give me a fix for this

Please clarify what it is you are trying to fix - you only stated that you have tried all the fixes, but I don't see any fixes, so I am not sure what you are having an issue with.  @Waterdoug
