I have already filed my return, but just received a 1099-R and a 1099-SA. How do I enter the documents for 2020?

There's no way to add documents to a tax return that you already filed. You will first have to wait to see if your tax return is accepted or rejected. That probably won't happen until after February 12, when the IRS is scheduled to start processing 2020 tax returns. If it's rejected you can add the missing documents when you correct the reason for the rejection, and resubmit the tax return.
If your tax return is accepted, you will then have to wait until the IRS finishes processing it and you get your refund. Then you will have to file an amended return, Form 1040-X, to add the missing documents. Here is a link to the instructions for filing a 2020 amended return in TurboTax Online.

Since you have already submitted your 2020 tax return electronically, you will have to wait until your tax return was either accepted or rejected.
- If your e-filed return is still pending. Wait until the return is accepted before amending
- If your return has already been accepted. You will need to amend your tax return.
- If rejected, just make your changes and then resubmit or mail your return.
