All foreign taxes of any type, paid to any foreign taxing authority are dealt with under the Deductions & Credits tab in the Estimates & Other Taxes Paid section. There's a sub-section in there specifically for foreign taxes paid.

form 1116 to claim credit. or you can take an itemized deduction but that is usually not the best option.
